City of London
Mostly we think of slow water shots when talking about ‘long exposure’ however as time evolves so do ideas. There are many photographers pushing the boundaries on this technique, and I decided to try something different for myself.
These images were taken around the City of London, I did not have my tripod with me and was therefore only able to rest the camera on the pavement or street furniture. Using a wide angle lens and a 10 stop neutral density filter, pointing the camera towards the sky, I captured the detail of the buildings and the passing clouds. Not bad for a couple of hours work.
I hope to return to London to capture more of this type of image later in the year.
